I always return to this flat. The staff found my lost ring once. It has Wi-Fi, a dryer, and a lift. No pets or smoking. It suits me perfectly. Coming back this weekend.

I got incredible value for my money, with a beautifully decorated and sparkling clean flat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the nearest tube or bus stop. The staff, especially Gary at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
One small improvement could be to offer a greater amount of closet space or an additional drawer box to hold belongings.

I recently attended a training course at the Knowledge Academy and booked my stay at this accommodation. It was more affordable than other hotels in the area and exceeded my expectations. The location is superb, just a short walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Despite being centrally located, it is surprisingly peaceful. The room had everything I needed, including tea/coffee facilities, cutlery, and a balcony. The facilities were excellent and the apartment was well equipped. The staff, particularly Gary at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful. I recommend using the Aldgate East tube station and following Lehman Street to find the key pick-up location. Downloading the Guest Hub app beforehand is a great way to familiarize yourself with all the necessary information.
I recommend this hotel.

The owner, Chris, was a nice guy and provided a tablet with helpful tips. The apartment was clean and comfy, with lots of little details that made my stay super cozy. The Wi-Fi was strong, and there was a dryer and lift on site. No pets allowed, and no smoking on site.

Great location close to public transport and walking distance to places of interest. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals.- French doors that open to a balcony.- Enjoyable swimming pool on the premises
Not suitable for three people, as the sofa bed is too small and uncomfortable. Appalling smell from the bathroom upon entering the flat.
